Specialized operations
Termite treatment creates long-tail exposure.
Damage may be discovered months or years after service, making operations, completed-work and professional-liability wording especially important.

Important distinction
Treatment coverage and inspection E&O are not interchangeable.
A negligent-treatment allegation and an allegedly inaccurate inspection report can trigger different policy provisions. Companies doing both need both exposures reviewed.
No universal “included” promise.
The current website uses broad included-coverage language. The replacement site accurately explains that eligibility and coverage depend on the carrier, policy form, endorsements, limits, deductible, licensing and disclosed operations.
